Honey Glow Health specializes in non-invasive cosmetic and aesthetic procedures in the Bonney Lake area and surrounding communities throughout Washington. We offer different kinds of services, including Botox®/Dysport® injections for wrinkle reduction, dermal fillers for facial enhancement, laser skin resurfacing, sclerotherapy for spider veins and other vascular concerns, IV vitamin therapy for wellness, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) treatments for skin rejuvenation, medical weight loss, and much more. All of our treatments are the latest, greatest, and up-to-date in aesthetic medicine and cosmetic care.

Meet the Team
Tim Fletcher-Velasco
Medical Director
Tim is an ARNP with over 17 years of experience in healthcare. He is the owner and provider of Honey Glow Health. Tim graduated from Pacific Lutheran University (PLU) in 2020, with a Master of Science in Nursing. Then continued his education at Purdue Global University, earning a degree in Advance Registered Nurse Practitioner – Family Practice.
After graduating he opened up his own clinic/med spa. He worked at Pierce County Jail in Tacoma and SCORE Jail near SeaTac. Tim has also served in the U.S. Navy for a little over 10 years as a medic and laboratory technician.
Tim has a way of making it seem like everyone is a close friend. Tim explains everything in a way that is genuine and kind-hearted and always makes people feel like they are a part of his close friends and family.
Kevin Fletcher-Velasco
Chief Operations Officer
Kevin Fletcher-Velasco is the Chief Operations Officer (COO) with over 5 years of experience in running multiple businesses. He co-owns Health Glow Health with his husband, Tim. Kevin is mostly the “behind-the-scenes guy” of Honey Glow Health. He is usually processing paperwork, manages inventory, taxes, and all the boring admin stuff. In his free time, Kevin is known for his love of puzzles, soccer, and binge-watching shows. You can usually find him on the MRFC soccer fields coaching his daughter’s team.
Kevin graduated from University of Maryland University College in 2009, with a Master of Science in Management. He also holds degrees in Deaf Interpreting, Deaf Studies, and a Bachelor of Social Work. Kevin’s day job is working as a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist with the Federal Government. Additionally, he also is the COO for a family-owned escape room in Tacoma, WA (Enigma Escapes WA). In the past, Kevin has worked as a bank teller, retail cashier, pizza delivery driver, and various other side jobs while attending school.
Shannon Peerboom
Men's Health and Hormone Expert
Shannon Peerboom is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience in emergency and urgent care medicine, and advanced training in hormone optimization and metabolic health. She is a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), testosterone optimization for women and men, and medically guided weight loss. Shannon is known for her clinical depth, clear communication style, and ability to connect symptoms with root physiologic causes rather than simply treating surface complaints. Shannon earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University and is nationally board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. After graduating, she spent over five years in emergency medicine followed by five years in urgent care, where she developed strong diagnostic skills and a deep understanding of complex patient presentations. Her transition into hormone optimization was driven by recognizing how frequently hormonal imbalance underlies fatigue, mood changes, cognitive decline, weight gain, low libido, and metabolic dysfunction. Shannon approaches hormone therapy with precision and safety, utilizing comprehensive lab evaluation, evidence-based protocols, and individualized treatment planning. She has a way of making complex physiology understandable.
Shannon explains hormone health in a way that is clear, practical, and grounded in science — and she makes patients feel heard, informed, and empowered in their care decisions. Shannon lives in Washington State with her husband and two daughters. She is passionate about helping both women in perimenopause/menopause and men with low testosterone restore strength, mental clarity, energy, and long-term health through thoughtful hormone optimization.
Simi Kaur
Anti-Aging Expert
Simi Kaur is a dedicated registered nurse with over nine years of diverse healthcare experience focusing in critical care, travel medicine, and aesthetic medicine. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Pacific Lutheran University in 2021, Simi has been committed to enhancing the well-being of her community. At Honey Glow Health, she specializes in skincare, Botox, fillers, and advanced laser treatments, offering personalized care to help clients achieve natural results.
Simi is passionate about creating personalized treatment plans, and her top priority is making sure each patient feels truly cared for and achieves results that bring out their best. Simi lives in Tacoma, WA, and loves spending time with her dog Ambi. She’s also an avid traveler, having explored 15 countries so far, with plans to visit many more. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, trying out new restaurants, and cooking.
Tania Ramirez
Office Manager
Tania Ramirez is a Phlebotomist and IV Certified technician and has been with Honey Glow Health since the beginning. Tania is our front desk receptionist and licensed medical assistant-phlebotomist. Between greeting guests, answering phones, and answering questions, she provides facial services and B12 injections. Tania graduated from Northwest Phlebotomy School in (2023) with a IV Certificate.
Tania is a Salvadoran and fluent in spanish. Si, hablo espanol. Tania currently lives in Bonney Lake, Washington with her son Joseph . Tania is energetic and unbeatable in her customer service skills. You can’t miss her smile when you first walk through the door. She loves to go camping, soccer games, and likes to go on hikes with her son. During the summer, you can likely find her summer around Lake Tapps enjoying the water and sun. Tania’s hobbies include cooking, make-up tutorials, doing her niece’s hair in different styles, and being outdoors.
Tiffany Ryder
Laser and Skin Expert
Tiffany is a Master Esthetician with over 2 years of experience in corrective and treatment-based skincare. She specializes in acne-focused treatments and advanced skin revision, helping clients achieve clear, healthy, confident skin through customized, results-driven protocols.
Tiffany graduated from Olympia School of Advanced Skin Care in 2025 with advanced training in Master Esthetics. After graduating, she continued expanding her expertise in acne correction, microneedling for acne scarring, and evidence-based skin treatments, focusing on long-term transformation rather than temporary fixes.
She is known for her thorough consultations, honest recommendations, and highly personalized treatment plans. Tiffany has a way of making skincare feel less overwhelming and more empowering. She explains everything in a way that is clear, science-based, and easy to understand — and always makes her clients feel heard, supported, and confident throughout their skin journey.
Tiffany is married and a proud mom to her son. Outside of the treatment room, she loves to read, cook, and continue learning everything she can about skincare.
Vikktoria Poole
Front Desk Receptionist
Vikktoria Poole is a loving, dedicated, and hardworking receptionist with over two years of experience providing exceptional front-desk support and customer service. She is known for her professionalism, warm personality, and ability to stay organized in fast-paced environments. Vikktoria takes pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring every interaction is handled with care and efficiency. With strong communication skills and attention to detail, she consistently supports her team while making clients feel valued and comfortable. Currently, Vikktoria is working toward earning her Registered Nurse (RN) license, driven by her passion for helping others and her commitment to growing in the healthcare field. Outside of work, Vikktoria loves to cook, explore new experiences, and connect with others. As a naturally social person, she enjoys building meaningful relationships and bringing positive.
